Great and perfect location just a short stroll away from University of Phoenix. Based just next door to a station to fill up and the Sky Harbor airport and botanical gardens, zoo and airport. Exceptionally comfortable beds, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control and a microwave oven in the room. Warm, great breakfast for vegans, had good food.

The ability to ge a shuttle to the light rail station to tgo to Mill Ave The breakfaswt nook was nice - a little crowded but choice of waffles, eggs etc was good
we only stayed for 2 nights, 1 night prior and 1 night after after our trip to the Grand Canyon. As international visitors you really need to free up space to store luggage for people using you as a stop off for the 3 day tour. There were other travellers on our tour from other hotels and they had the same problem. If you were to offer storage I am sure the travel company would recommend you on thier website because it was a real issue having to take our large luggage with us on the mini bus.

The venue is lovely and nice. Its location is awesome, really close to a safe area as well as the airport and freeway. the staff is outstandingly accommodating. the breakfast is nice and hot for vegans, with good food.

It is hidden on a one way street and tucked in behind a couple of othe r hotels.room small and old looking! Beds not comfy ,pillows not comfy. Only two towels in bathroom.

The wait for the front desk clerk to get off the phone with his boss. He kept telling him there was a guest but couldn't get off the phone to check me in. We were tired from the long day trip and almost left to go to another hotel.
